We understand some clients like to set their phone up to limit who they can receive calls from.   This can cause problems if our office is trying to reach you as this setting can mean you do not receive voicemails and/or text from our office.   While we do not recommend using these restrictions, here are a few numbers (not all) that you may get calls and text from and you MUST ensure you can receive messages and calls from these numbers.

• 810.982.0000 (Our Main Office Number)
• 833.490.4741 (Number we TEXT from the office)
• 810.671.0610 (Reminders MAY also come from this number)

Understand that when our staff calls from their own cell phones, the calls come up RESTRICTED.   This means if you elect to have a telephone appointment, you MUST unblock RESTRICTED numbers or provide another number we can call that will accept RESTRICTED calls.  

If we are unable to reach you because of these restrictions, it could result in missing important dates and in the case of an office appointment, may require a rebooking an appointment.
